Delete your data and account
offCrew has no account with email and password. Your data lives on your phone and, if you belong to a crew, as an encrypted member entry on the crew server. You can delete both yourself.
Option 1: Delete in the app
- Leave the crew: open the crew → “Leave crew”. Your member entry and all your events are deleted from the server immediately. If the last member leaves, the crew is dissolved and all content is deleted.
- Delete everything: Settings → “Delete everything”. This deletes all data the app stores locally (settings, selected apps, reasons, statistics, streaks, keys).
Option 2: Uninstall
When you uninstall the app, Android removes all locally stored data. Leave your crew(s) first (option 1) so your entry on the server is deleted as well. Otherwise it remains until the crew is dissolved (after 30 days without activity at the latest) or the crew admin removes you.
Option 3: Deletion request by email
Write to media@mignuti.com with the subject “offCrew deletion request” and include:
- the name of your crew,
- if possible the crew ID and your member ID from the app.
Note: because offCrew works without an account and crew names are encrypted, the server can only match data via the crew ID or member ID. Without them we cannot identify your data reliably; in that case, leave the crew yourself in the app. We usually reply within one month.
What is deleted and what is not?
